When good little boys play in the dirt they play nice and easy with their toy trucks. When the BAD BOYS play with their big bad monster trucks, it shakes the ground! The BAD BOYS OF RACING will be racing in the Brackenridge Main Event Center: Friday night 7:30 and then again Saturday at 2pm and 7:30pm May 28th and 29th with the MONSTER TRUCK SPRING NATIONALS. The event is produced by Checkered Flag Productions featuring the line up with the King of Monster Trucks, the legendary BIGFOOT "Bad Boy". Also competing are Barbarian, Razin Kane, War Eagle, Equalizer and Hot Tamale!
To make an even bigger splash the CFP Crew has added some competition for local racers. There are ATV 4 wheeler races for the experienced pro riders and then a class for amateur riders who are not as experienced. Riders must at least be 16 years old and have basic safety equipment like helmet, boots, and eye protection. Plus local hot rodders with their pick-ups and jeeps can compete in the Tuff Truck Races. This is a fun event where drivers take their street legal rides over an obstacle course one at a time. Anyone with a legal driver’s license can race in the tuff truck races. The races are open for local racers and anyone interested may call the CFP office at 940-683-4742 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
"With a line up of these big name Monster Trucks and the rest of the show, race fans from this area should enjoy thunder! We will bring a mix of Monster Truck Freestyle Car Crushing and Monster Truck Side by Side Racing that will sure to excite you more than a two candy bar sugar high!" said Ed Beckley, President of Checkered Flag Productions.
CFP will also be bringing their Sergeant Smash Truck Ride! For an additional fee, spectators can take a ride through the course on this 18 seated Monster Truck! Don't miss out on this unforgettable ride happening before the show, during intermission, and even after the show ends!!!
