The 20th Annual Texana Chili Spill will be held on February 12-13, 2021 at the Brackenridge Recreation Complex Main Event Center, sponsored by the Lavaca-Navidad River Authority and the Jackson County Go-Texan Committee.
We will kick off the event on Friday with the ever-popular Salsa and Margarita Competitions! Additional events include the Sausage competition and the Go-Texan Dutch Oven Dessert Cook-off. Cook-off awards start at 9:00 p.m. at the main stage.
Join us for a full and final day of fun on Saturday, February 13th! Cook-off competitions start at 9:00 a.m. with the Bloody Mary Competition followed by Beans, Go-Texan Jackpot Chicken, Gumbo, Go-Texan Jackpot Ribs, Chili, and Go-Texan Brisket Competitions. The awards will start at 6:00 p.m. at the main stage. Cook-off competition prizes vary depending on the category. Please see the registration packet below for more information.
