25th Annual Texana Chili Spill & Go-Texan Cook-Off

Get your pits ready 2026 Chili Spill participants because... the 25th Annual Texana Chili Spill & Go-Texan Cook-Off is returning to the Brackenridge Main Event Center in Edna, TX on November 12-14, 2026!

• This year we are excited to continue with our online registration process! We’re excited to announce that, for the first time, online payments will also be accepted! Registration Forms will NOT be submitted until payment is made online! Cash, checks, or in person forms will NOT be accepted!

• Early Registration for 2025 participants begins on Tuesday, September 1st and ends on Wednesday, September 30th at 4PM. ALL 2025 participants will be receiving an email with the Early Registration Online Form link.

• Open registration kicks off October 1, 2026. At that time, the link to the online Open Registration Form will be available below. Online registration ends on Wednesday, November 11 ^th at 4:00 p.m.
• Site is not guaranteed until fees are paid!
