24th Annual Texana Chili Spill & Go-Texan Cook-Off

Get your pits ready 2025 Chili Spill participants because... the 24th Annual Texana Chili Spill & Go-Texan Cook-Off is returning to the Brackenridge Main Event Center in Edna, TX on November 6-8, 2025!

• This year we are excited to continue with our online registration process! We’re excited to announce that, for the first time, online payments will also be accepted! Registration Forms will NOT be submitted until payment is made online! Cash, checks, or in person forms will NOT be accepted!

• Early Registration for 2024 participants begins on Monday, September 1st and ends on Tuesday, September 30th at 4PM. ALL 2024 participants will be receiving an email with the Early Registration Online Form link.

• Open registration kicks off October 1, 2025. At that time, the link to the online Open Registration Form will be available below. Online registration ends on Wednesday, November 5 ^th at 4:00 p.m.
• Site is not guaranteed until fees are paid!
