Barracho de Pescado is a catfish trotline, crappie, and bass tournament on Lake Texana that started in 2013. (The crappie and bass were added later). A group of guys wanted to take a break from work and enjoy some fishing with friends. This year they will continue to fish with friends while also doing it for a cause. Proceeds from the Barracho de Pescado tournament this year will be donated to the Jake Neumann Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Friday March 24th
12:00 noon – Start of tournament bait allowed in water.
5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. - Check in @ BRC Main Event Center Lake Texana
6:00 p.m.-Hamburger Supper for all Contestants and Family.
7:30 p.m. – Calcutta
Saturday March 25th
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – 1st Day Weigh-In.
6:00 p.m. – Fish Fry – for all Contestants.
$8.00 a plate per person (excludes Sponsors and Contestants)
7:00 p.m. – Live Auction, Dance to Follow (Featuring Daryle Singletary)
($20.00 at the door-excludes Sponsors and contestants)
Sunday March 26th
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – 2nd Day and Final Weigh -In, Awards Ceremony Follow.
