From the Run for the Red, White, and Blue 5K, Youth Catfish Tournament, educational programs, movie nights under the stars, NEW Family Campout Weekend, Independence Day festivities, crafts, games, and so much more — there's something for everyone to enjoy! 🎣🎬🎨🏕️🎆

Movie Nights

Our FREE Movie Nights in the Park will all begin at Dusk (at approximately 8:30 pm)! You may contact either park office for the movie titles!

We will have our snack trailer open selling popcorn, drinks and candy at each of the showings - cash only. We recommend that you bring your own lawn chairs or blankets to sit on while watching the movie. No pets please.

Movie Nights: June 13th, June 27th, July 25th

ALL Summer 2026 Movie Nights will be held at Brackenridge Park & Campground under the trees by the Miniature Golf Course!

*All showings are weather permitting*

Youth Catfish Tournament!

Calling all fishing enthusiasts ages 6-16, join us for our 2nd Annual BRC Youth Catfish Tournament!

The event will be held on Saturday, June 20th at the Texana Park & Campground Pavilion from 7AM – 1PM!

There are 4 categories: Jackpot Heaviest Catfish, Jackpot Smallest Catfish, Heaviest Five Catfish Stringer & Fisherman’s Choice. 1^st place in each category will receive $75 prize money! 2^nd place in each category will receive $50 prize money! 3^rd place in each category will receive $25 prize money!!
